Final Offset impression

the line pattern used to make this digital art by the artist got me interested to translate the image
into a script which gives results closer to a 3d impression which can be interpreted and used as
part of both architecture and art.

Starting with a user defined polyline, the pattern depends on the offset each line forms dependent on
the angle and distance thus according to the requirement/condition, the plug-in can obtain values
for the no. of lines in a particular line pattern, the angle they form, and the distance b/n the lines.
